This dog is not waterproof. It’s very slinky feeling not very strong. After washing, I think it is not even waterproof. I wanted something that can be used on doors after bath time the dogs had a lot to come back in which they live dry. Although this means one is not keeping the interior dry pillow. I wanted what was inside the pillow will dry and I just wanted to go outside cover of the cushion to wash. They now use the inside day dog beds. It works fine, but your dog does not dribble problem. I would not recommend it as an internal waterproof dog bed cover if your dog any form of incontinence. It might work.
